Leaflet distribution can come along heaps and bounds, now with technology at our fingertips we have implemented a another step, in garanteing you leaflets get to where you intended them. In 2009 we introduced geo mapping, this is a satellite receiver we put into our distribution bags under lock and key. This records our leaflet distribution every 5 seconds and records the longitude and the latitude of that position, it will do this for the entire day, until switched off.

Then this data is uploaded into our computer with dedicated software to read this information, it is then overlaid on to a bespoke mapping system, which shows every home and business from a birds eye view. We then import this data, which is overlaid in our maps, to produce a dotted path and the computer joins these dots to produce the route the leaflet distributor has taking, showing him at every house on his route.

Now in 2010, we were thinking about our leaflet distribution methods, knowing that we achive above average results, one of the leaflets we put out is our own, this provides a solid base for our leaflet distribution network. We know that we out archive other leaflet distribution company's even the Royal Mail could not match our response rate, however they we better than most company's, but more expensive. Then it was said, although we have the benefit of monitoring our leaflet distribution, by two means, satellite software and response from our leaflet, this will not show our other customers that their leaflets actually went out, it will show that the walked the route, but were other customers leaflet delivered?  so we set about trying to solve this issue. We brought in technology from Japan, this proved to beok, but video time proved a problem, as well as battery life, we overcame the video recording time, by changing the resolution of the camera, then we had the cameras modified to extend battery life.

Now we are able to record the complete leaflet distribution campaign, and supply it to you via email or on disc. It now make us accountable for everything we deliver.
